This is the Australian Painted Lady butterfly. She's extremely similar to the global Painted Lady butterfly, which is the most common butterfly species on Earth. The Aussie version is just slightly smaller and she has those pretty blue hues in the markings on her lower wings.
To say "butterfly" in Noongar language, it's "Bindi Bindi."
