These little marsupials are only about as large as your thumb, with a tail longer than their body and infinite whiskers. 7cm is pretty tiny, but Western Pygmy Possums are actually one of the largest pygmy possums in the world. If that doesn't sound cute enough, picture this - when they hibernate, which lasts for about 8 days at a time, they curl themselves up like tiny cinnamon buns and fold their floppy ears over their eyes. It's just outrageous how adorable they are!
